To return an item(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of order date-with tag attached.We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if chosen.
If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, we do not sell used merchandise.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT(S)?
If you would like to exchange colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements, and include $5 (money order or Paypal details) for re-delivery within Australia, and for overseas exchanges cost will be at original freight charge (Paypal only). If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. Please do not re-use our courier bag.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Comments would be appreciated.
