For Australian and International orders, you must have a valid shipping address and make payment within 48 hours in order to for us to send the goods out within 24 hours after we have received the payment. Payments are accepted through Paypal (credit card, debit card, etc) or Bank deposit.

  • How to use the Fenciana shopping cart?

  • Step 1 Shopping Cart -
    Add items to your shopping cart. When you are done adding items to your cart, click Proceed to Checkout. You can remove items from your cart by selecting the checkbox to the left of the product image then clicking the Remove button.
  • Step 2 Account -
    For existing customers, enter your email address and password and click Login. For new customers, fill out the form to create your account then click Submit.
  • Step 3 Address -
    If your billing address is correct and your package will be delivered to your billing address then click Continue Checkout. If you would like to ship to a new address then select Deliver to a different address and click Continue Checkout. Here you can enter your new address or select from a list of previously used addresses.
  • Step 4 Confirmation -
    Confirm your billing, shipping address; select shipping preferences then click Continue Checkout.
  • Step 5 Purchase -
    Make your payment through Paypal and click Make Payment. For Bank Deposit, please email to payment@fenciana.com, and we will advise the bank details instructions.
  • Step 6 Receipt -
    After accepting your payment, we will show a receipt for your order.

  • What payments do you accept?

At the moment, we only accept Paypal (credit card, debit card, etc) and Bank Deposit. We will soon be adding credit card facility for our customer convenience

  • Why do I need to register?

Registering with Fenciana is required before you can place an order. After registering you are able to check the status on all orders placed under your account. A valid email address is required for you to access your account.

Log into your account and click on the My Account tab then the Change E-mail address or Password link.

  • How do I make changes to my account profile?

Log into your account and click the My Account tab. From here you can modify your address, change your e-mail, password and add addresses to your address book.
